How to Respond
- Complete the attached Response Form Alternatively, you are welcome to submit a development proposal, in your own format. The proposal must still address the criteria / questions set out in the Response Form.
- Complete Terms Sheet You must include all proposed conditions in this TS. The Kāinga Ora evaluation panel will compare the terms received between developers, and will fast track the overall TS sign up process. The proposals received will be assessed based on price and non-price attributes including experience, and programme.
